All our registered patients are welcome, parents and carers on behalf of patients too.
You can name a GP if you wish (so long as they are working today), you may prefer a telephone, email or face to face response. You can sign up now, with no paperwork

To register a new askmyGP account and submit a request to your practice, please follow the steps in the video demo below:
Once you have sent your request, please look out for your response directly from the doctor. This is usually within the hour with details of appointment times.

Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. The technology also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or book / cancel appointments.

SWAN PCN
SWAN Primary Care Network consists of 7 local GP practices located in South Wigan Ashton North area including South Wigan medical Practice.
SWAN PCN have a collective patient population of 34,000 and we believe we are the optimum size to enable us to continue to work effectively together and improve patient services and health outcomes.
Access & Parking
Our building has easy access for all our disabled patients; there are automatic double doors, lifts and disabled toilets.
There are a number of car parking spaces situated around the Health Centre. Please do not park in the spaces provided for the doctors’ use.
