We can accept patients who live in Poolstock, Worsley Mesnes, Hawkley Hall, Marus Bridge, Goose Green and Winstanley.

If you would like to join the practice you need to complete a registration form and associated documents available online here to print alternatively call into the practice to collect a registration pack.

Once you have completed a registration form those patients over 5 years of age will be offered an appointment for a new patient health check with the Nurse.
Once registration is complete you are registered with the practice and not a specific GP. You will automatically be allocated a named GP however this does not prevent you from requesting to see any GP.
